How cancellations and refunds work

This policy explains how to cancel a Keep Omni subscription, how refunds are handled, and what happens to access after cancellation.

1) 14-day right to cancel

You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for any reason. If you cancel in this window, you are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method (processed by Paddle.com).

2) How to cancel

  • Email mail@k-o.pro with the email used for your Keep Omni account.
  • Or use the “Manage subscription” link provided by Paddle on your receipt/checkout when available.
  • If you need help locating your Paddle receipt, contact us and we will re-send the management link.

3) After cancellation

  • Cancellation during a billing cycle takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless a refund is approved within the 14-day window.
  • You keep access to paid features until the end of the current period; no partial refunds for unused days after the 14-day window.
  • You may reactivate at any time by subscribing again.

4) Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle.com to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank/card issuer; Paddle typically processes within 14 days of approval.

5) Data handling after cancellation

  • Your subscription status and billing records remain in Paddle for compliance and audit purposes.
  • We retain minimal subscription identifiers in our system to prevent unauthorized reactivation and to honor limits/history.
  • You can request deletion of stored user data (tokens, saved keywords, usage counters) via mail@k-o.pro. Deletions are processed subject to legal retention needs.
