Keep Omni service terms

1) Acceptance

By accessing or using Keep Omni you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring your Google account and Search Console properties are eligible for access.

3) Accounts & security

• Sign in via Google OAuth. Protect your credentials and limit account access to authorized team members.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and connected properties.
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized use at mail@k-o.pro.

4) Permitted use

• Use the service to analyze and report on your Google Search Console properties.
• Do not misuse APIs, attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape other users’ data, or probe security controls.
• Do not upload malicious code or use the service to violate laws or third-party rights.

5) Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

• Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record. Prices, taxes, and invoices are handled by Paddle.
• Plan limits (rows per report, tracked keywords, and monthly caps) are enforced in-app via our usage counters.
• Refunds and cancellation follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• If a payment fails, access may be paused or downgraded until resolved.

6) Data and privacy

Data handling (Google tokens, cached Search Console data, saved keywords, and technical logs) is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for any data you input and for maintaining your Google permissions.

7) Service changes

We may modify features, impose or change limits, or discontinue parts of the service. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email when practical.

8) Suspension & termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or security risk.
• You may stop using the service at any time; cancellations follow the policy linked above.
• Upon termination we will close access and remove stored data per our retention rules and legal requirements.

9) Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of Search Console data, or specific outcomes.

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid for the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations; those limits apply only where lawful.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable Ukrainian law unless a different mandatory law applies. Disputes will be handled in competent courts of Ukraine, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
